To facilitate clear communication with users affected by the Incident on the 16th, we have established a private Discord channel. This will allow for the sharing of any questions and ensure continuous communication with our team.
To join the private channel, you’ll need to collect the role by joining our Guild. The role is only available to users who connect using an affected address.
Please Complete the following steps to join the Incident Hotline Channel:
Click on the link to access the Socket Guild site. You will see the below image. Then, click on Join Guild to Get Roles.
Connect your Discord and your wallet to Guild. Please note - you’ll only be able to access the role if the wallet/address linked is the same wallet/address affected during the incident.
Once done and if you qualify, you should be able to see the roles as seen below. Click on Go to Server highlighted in the screenshot
Log onto Discord. Once you are in the server, under Bungee, you will find the channel #16th-incident-hotline. This is where we will be communicating everything to the affected users.
If you’re unable to view the channel, we recommend leaving the Discord server and re-joining. If you continue to be unable to join, please ping a member of the team (Denoted by a Core Team Role and Socket Logo).
